By accessing or using the Expenselizer website and application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Expenselizer provides an expense tracking and management platform that integrates with Telegram. The Service allows users to log expenses via a Telegram bot, view analytics on a web dashboard, and generate financial reports.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Expenselizer offers two paid subscription tiers:
We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers on both plans. You will not be charged if you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Dodo Payments). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
The Service relies on the Telegram messaging platform for some functionalities. By using the Expenselizer Telegram bot, you acknowledge that:
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Expenselizer and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall Expenselizer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
